Sinopsis

Objetivo: de la investigación es determinar el nivel del estrés que se provocó en familiares de pacientes con Covid-19 en la provincia de Tayacaja. Metodología: Se empleó como instrumento el Test de Estrés de Hamilton, el cual ya está validado y utilizado en infinidad de trabajos de investigación, este instrumento comprendió dos partes: la primera, se consignó información general del entrevistado; la segunda, comprendió información respecto a los síntomas del trastorno del ánimo y reacciones psicosomáticas. Este Test abarca diferentes estados físicos y psicológicos de la persona, como son: dolores, malestares la energía, estados de ánimo, conciliación del sueño, entre otras. Referente a las respuestas, éstas determinan con que intensidad se presentan dichos síntomas. Resultados: Trastorno del ánimo, la suma de los niveles leve, moderado y severo dan un 79% de estrés; las Reacciones psicosomáticas, la adición de los niveles leves y moderado dan un total de 73%. Los jóvenes del rango de edad entre 18 a 29 años, presentan niveles de estrés en mayor proporción (70%). Conclusiones: El consolidado de las dimensiones, nos da a conocer los niveles de estrés de los familiares de los pacientes con covid-19, que muestran estrés leve (61%), moderado (21%) y normal (18%).
